      For race week and find someone taking their sailboat to anguilla.
      For race week and see if you can work your way over to fajardo and see if you can work your way over to antigua for race week and see if.

      I would use American Eagle Airlines from San Juan. IF you can make it to Ft lauderdale Florida, Spirit has great fares. Or American from seatac to dallas or st louis and then Miami or Ft lauderdale and take Spirit. you may get a good deal if you use American all the way.
