However, it would be nice if the resort had some of an exclusivity and wasn’t jam packed with people/kids. I am planning on a trip to the Caribbean or Mexico. Hoping to find a place with nice beaches, snorkeling and the possibility of some land based activities or some rainforest/waterfalls. I would like to avoid the more touristy areas, and package resort deals but at the same time keep the accommodations reasonably priced. I don’t need anything fancy but near the beach would be preferred. Anyone out there been there and have any suggestions??
