How long will it take a letter to arrive from the Caribbean to Florida?

Anybody have any knowledge in the area. I have been expecting a letter to arive from the Caribbean and it still hasn’t arrived yet. I don’t have a tracking number so I have no idea. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the best place to visit for tranquil clear waters in the Caribbean?

We’re interested in visiting the Caribbean this December and are tying to find that perfect place that offers clear, calm, white-sand beaches with plenty of on-resort activity. However, it would be nice if the resort had some of an exclusivity and wasn’t jam packed with people/kids. It would also be great to go out on excursions and experience the culture in the surrounding region. Presently considering Punta Cana, and Riviera Maya… any suggestions?
