My fiancee and I are planning an all-inclusive Honeymoon in the Mexican Caribbean this July, but we have been warned that it is very hot. She is a light skinned Irish girl, and wants to go but is concerned with it being “too hot”. Are there cooler parts of Mexico - what are good spots to consider, and to stay away from?

I was thinking for Europe, maybe like Greece, they (my parents) have been to Spain,France,Italy, Malta,Germany, Austria,Romania,Turkey already. I considered North Africa but I’m told you have to get a shot to go to Egypt. Do you have to get one to go to Tunisia? Lastly considered the Caribbean but don’t know anything about there.
