What’s a romantic destination in Europe, North Africa or the Caribbean for valentines?

I was thinking for Europe, maybe like Greece, they (my parents) have been to Spain,France,Italy, Malta,Germany, Austria,Romania,Turkey already. I considered North Africa but I’m told you have to get a shot to go to Egypt. Do you have to get one to go to Tunisia? Lastly considered the Caribbean but don’t know anything about there.
