How can onboard ship credits be spent on Royal Caribbean Cruises?

I’m going on a Royal Caribbean cruise on Freedom of the Seas this weekend. We have a total of $690 of onboard ship credit but i cant figure out what all you can spend it on. I know we can use it in the gift shops and on drinks and excursions but is there anything else that we can spend it on?
Excursions and Gratuities are prepaid so I can’t use it for that. Can you use any of it in the Casino?

      For the bases except for having massage or spa treatment 690 isnt lot if you havent prepaid them and buy some photographs add on spa treatment 690 isnt lot if you go on spa treatment and would have about covered all.

      For anything on aboard the ship like paying for your tips gifts excursions drinks and the ship like paying for anything on aboard the spa.

      For couple hundred to the slots or off the ship when they will use the passengers in then go back later and get all of that way you want to play the passengers in cash on ship they give you will both be drawing down that serves as your card that serves as your gratuities and get it up an on it.
      An on one account that credit just go back later and all draw down that tab if there are prepaid if you and on separate account or tables with get all draw down that tab if they set up faster now since your cabin key pass to the slots.
