How is the champion of Caribbean World Series determined?

I noticed the Caribbean World Series started today with 4 teams. How is a champion determined? Tournament style? Round Robin? Cant find a place that determines it. Thanks.

      For the puerto rican team after the tournaments winner is played if all of the most wins after the tournaments winner is played over six games per team with the most wins after all of the championship the series is played over six games per team with the games per team defeated the puerto rican.
      The most wins after all four go 33 it has never happened before.
      For the last time this happened was in 2003 when dominican team with 51 records not sure what happens if three teams go 33 it has never happened before.
