Northern (Colorado) or Southern ( Cahuita) part. Which every way, you can figure on a long long day (8-14 hrs, if not a couple of days), and that all depends on traffic, road condition, weather, and pit stops. Unless you are very experience in driving in CR, I would not recommend it, the roads can be very confusing, but are Okay in condition. March is the semi-beginning of the raining season, expect more delays. You may consider taking a bus and leave the driving to someone who is experience.
