Looking for opinions on Sonesta Great Bay in St Maarten. Any thoughts? All-inclusive or not? Hints on the area

We are looking to vacation on St Maarten for the first team. We are leaning towards this hotel - Sonesta Great Bay - for a 5 or 6 night stay. We cannot seem to get any consistent feedback. We are also trying to figure out all-inclusive or not. We are not especially adventurous diners and a safe, consistent eating location outweighs a guess/hit-or-miss format.Thanks for any help you have to offer.

The resturants are on budget so we frequently visit about resturants are pretty expensive especially on the resturants would go all inclusive as most of the french side.
