There appears to be several that hit St. Maarten. Looks like there was a hit in 1995, 1996, and 1998.
Hurricane Marylin hit in 1995
Bertha was a weaker Hurricane in 1996.
Hurricane Georges was a cat 4 storm that was nearby in 1998.
