What are the best excursions on St. Maarten?

We’re interested in either snorkeling, riding 4-wheelers, or scuba diving (something non-certified divers can do) when we go on our cruise in August. Anybody that has been here and experienced excursions, your input is appreciated! If you can provide info on all three areas, please do!

      The water is amazing also going back to that you do know that area and have to pay 49 bucks have to pay.
