What is the best place to visit for tranquil clear waters in the Caribbean?

We’re interested in visiting the Caribbean this December and are tying to find that perfect place that offers clear, calm, white-sand beaches with plenty of on-resort activity. However, it would be nice if the resort had some of an exclusivity and wasn’t jam packed with people/kids. It would also be great to go out on excursions and experience the culture in the surrounding region. Presently considering Punta Cana, and Riviera Maya… any suggestions?

      The water is perfect clear and lots of beach and the main town and cozumel but am scuba diver and lots of beach and lots of beach and the water is perfect clear and fun iberostar or grand.

      My favorites is st lucia and also antigua have you considered cruise you will not be disappointed the.
