For villa rental company you can purchase hurricane you get your money back not sure how much it costs but listed the websites below.

not a good idea because it will be hurricane storms mainly around that time, try going a couple months later if you can

The hurricane belt so you will have no problem vacationing here you want sunny weather all year but doubt it hardly rains here so on hope to see you can come in september you want sunny island you come in september you decide to come.
